    • Course 2 – Heirloom tomato and cucumber, raspberries, pickled red onion over spinach and arugula with goat cheese and a raspberry orange vinaigrette paired with Raspberry Eclipse
    • Course 3 – Fried trout with potato pave, charred lemon, and dill caper hollandaise paired with Two Hearted
    • Course 4 – Miso and Best Brown braised short rib with grilled broccolini and roasted carrot paired with Best Brown
    • Course 5 – Chocolate Banoffee tartlet paired with Hell Hath No Fury
